The executives and division heads of Beroa Technology Group GmbH held their international meeting, the EXECOM, last July 29th and 30th in Madrid, Spain.This event was represented by 22 business leaders from Beroa and its subsidiaries, brought together to develop strategy for the group in the coming months. Three separate working sessions were conducted.The objective was to establish and implement short term action plans that coincide with Beroa’s global business strategy. |

| BEROA ACQUIRES STEELCON |
Beroa Technology Group recently acquired a majority interest in Steelcon, a Danish company, known throughout the world as a leader in the construction of metallic industrial smokestacks. This integration into the Beroa Group, allows Beroa to expand its portfolio of services to our current as well as prospective customers. Beroa can now offer alternative solutions that best suit the customers particular needs and requirements, whether metallic or conglomerate chimneys.

Steelcon, which is headquartered in the city of Esbjerg on the western coast of Denmark, was founded in 1981 by Peder Møller Andersen, who continues as its CEO and shareholder. In the past 27 years, the company has erected more than 5,000 steel smokestacks in several continents including Europe, Africa and Australia. In addition to the construction of complete |
| steel chimney structures which can range from 10 to 130 meters tall, Steelcon offers solutions in steel liners for the interior of smokestacks. Steelcon also performs soundproofing for smokestacks, conduits, and constructs telecommunications towers. |

| Beroa will increase its annual sales volume by an estimated 30 million euros from the Steelcon acquisition.
