The project of installing production machines has started, focusing on minimizing the internal transport and provide fertile ground for Steelcon to produce a high quality product. “Our production layout is the result of many years of experience from the factory in Denmark combined with the use of LEAN” adds Mr. Møller Andersen.

At present time the staff consists of six blacksmiths, one engineer and a production manager. This number is expected to grow in the near future. And since the employees, their skills and motivation are what make the difference, the focus to build the organization in Steelcon Slovakia will be upon experience, education and quality assurance.
