Beroa NovoCOS was founded under the
name of NovoCOS at the end of 2005 putting
its focus on being a premium service supplier
for ceramic welding application in the coke
making industry of Europe.
After joining the Beroa Group in 2008, the
business has expanded to cover other sectors
and become a complete refractory service in
the coke and glass industry in new markets
outside Europe.
Beroa NovoCOS is still a young
company but very ambitious to
grow its business.
Within a short time, Beroa
NovoCOS has taken over the
leadership in Europe in its corebusiness
of ceramic welding,
basing its growth efforts on its
technical know-how, competitive
price structure, high-tech
equipment and motivated and
skilled personnel.
The Beroa NovoCOS management
team is extremely experienced
in coke and glass
refractory service; all members have deep
knowledge of the markets and are extremely
well connected, always keeping in mind the
slogan “Customer Oriented Service”, treat
customers as partners and working in a close
relationship.
The company is headquartered in
Germany and its leaders are Werner
Steinheimer, managing director with more
than 30 years’ experience in the refractory
sector; André Gross, board member and
with 25 years’ experience in ceramic
welding, and Mark Jones, international
sales director, who has worked in
leading positions in different international
companies since 1986.
