The role of Beroa Polska is key
for the group in the coming years.
The company has to succeed in
three different challenges.
On
one side, Beroa Polska has to
support Beroa Deutschland for
the development of the projects
that are coming in Poland.
Meanwhile, the company has
to increase its activity on the
maintenance and small project
activities, and thirdly, to supply
skilled personnel for the sites in
Western Europe.
Andrej Wojcik
who recently was appointed as
general manager, has to take
advantage of the market position
gained in Poland.
This has been
achieved thanks to the excellent
sales task developed by Pawel
Noakowski, who is returning to
Germany to reinforce the sales
activities in Ratingen, mainly in
the energy business.
